Exceptional Kitchen Company
We researched a number of Kitchen Companies in Milton Keynes, KitchenSMART were exceptional and far superior to all the rest. Every member of staff are highly professional, approachable, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful of us as customers & our home & passionate about their work. Every part of the journey took the worry out of our hands, from the ideas we had, transformed into amazing visuals of what we wanted. Everything was maticuliously planned with presicison. The Program of Works is laid out for you and everyone adhered to the timing so we knew exactly what was happening on a daily basis. There was no pressure selling, the staff were all gentleman & a lady, extremely hard working, & a pleasure to work with. The communciation & attention to detail was exceptional, and they really focus on great customer service. The solid kitchen cabinets are extremely well made and it shows in a high quality finished product. The WHICH guartantee gives you peace of mind and they honoured that immediately, going above & beyond. We highly recommend KitchenSMART & those that have seen our new kitchen are amazed at how Bespoke & Professional the outcome is. Very happy with KitchenSMART
We have just had a new kitchen and utility room designed and installed by KitchenSMART. We found them by chance and from the first meeting felt they would give us what we had been looking for. Approachable and professional people, a very good product, and an easy business to work with. They have a wide range of kitchens, they bring expertise in kitchen design and provide visuals that give you confidence in what you are buying. No heavy selling but working with us and adding value to the design process to offer a kitchen we are very pleased with. Dan Lambert was a pleasure to work with throughout, covering everything from the design to on site installation with his team and working with our builders too - all delivered on time, to the budget we agreed. Steve and Chris who installed the kitchen were also excellent, very good at what they do, tidy, efficient and always happy to meet our requests. The kitchen is better than we had hoped and the experience as good as we thought it would be.

High quality kitchen design, supply and fitting – an outstanding team overall
We had no hesitation in coming back to KitchenSmart to do a full kitchen renovation, because we had been so pleased with their re-fit of our utility room last year. We have been, once again, delighted with the whole process and the finished kitchen is excellent. We had an initial general view of what we wanted, and after Dan’s site visit to take detailed measurements, a couple of meetings in the showroom and some follow-up exchanges of informative emails and visual representations to illustrate the evolving plans, this was fine-tuned down to an exact plan and a choice of units/worktops/appliances that we were very happy with. At all design stages, the effect of alternative choices on the budget was clear and transparent so we were able to keep an updated track of the project costs. We appreciated the clear timeline of what would happen, together with the outstanding quality of professionalism and workmanship shown by the whole team (design, delivery/waste removal, fitters, plasterer, electrician) who worked together well, making the whole project from the initial rip-out to final completion a really well co-ordinated process. The Schuller kitchen units, which are shipped from Germany, are very high quality, and the Kitchen Smart team ensured the units/appliances installation was perfect, returning again after the templating and fitting of quartz worktops for the final fit. We highly recommend this company to anyone considering a kitchen renovation.

Exemplary – Highly Recommended
When considering a kitchen renovation, lots of factors need consideration. We took our time in weighing 3-4 different providers and ultimately settled on Kitchensmart. All the initial dealings with our project manager Dan Lambert were really useful - he was willing to listen to all our concerns/ideas, gave very pertinent suggestions, produced 3D drawings and gave us quotes. No pressure selling at all - did what we asked him to do and then left the decision to us. Once we had made our decision then we were given a detailed project plan 1.5-2 months before and they stuck to that plan to the T - even if it meant working full day on a Saturday to achieve the deadline. They also effectively project managed all the different elements and sub-contractors - underfloor heating, building works, plasterer, electrician, door fitters, worktop fitters etc. Their kitchen fitters are top class and nothing was too much for them - all our concerns were properly addressed. Any decision that required our approval (sockets, pendants, fuse boxes etc.) was communicated to us in advance so that we had ample time to think and arrive at a decision. We are very happy with the finished kitchen and everyone who has seen the new kitchen has liked it too. Cannot recommend them enough - it is a pleasure to deal with such a professional & ethical company who have a great product to sell and are past masters in what they do.

Fantastic!
I could not recommend KitchenSmart more highly. We asked KitchenSmart to project manage our new kitchen/diner, which included knocking a wall down to create a larger "L" shaped room. From our first meeting with Dan through to completion the service we received was excellent. Dan is extremely professional and creative. He always listened to our ideas and worked with us to finalise a kitchen design that we were really happy with whilst keeping to our budget. We never felt pressurised. The team that carried out the work did so brilliantly and they were all very friendly and respectful of our home. The proposed schedule of works ran exactly to plan. They turned up when expected and each stage of the work was completed on time. The project took just 3 weeks to complete and it caused minimal stress, despite us being a busy family of 5. The kitchen is great quality and we are looking forward to enjoying it for many many years. We would have no hesitation in recommending KitchenSmart to anyone (and have already done so to friends).

Second to none
On visiting the showroom for the first time, I was made to feel welcome, and I was immediately impressed by the quality of the kitchens on display. Having looked at other companies, KitchenSmart are in a league of their own. It takes time making decisions on style, work surfaces, appliances plus other numerous details, yet Dan was patient and always happy to help with advice. The team involved in the installation were professional, hard working, courteous - a credit to the company. Dan project managed the installation, which made such a difference. Dream Kitchen
Kitchensmart were recommended by a friend and I’m glad they did. From the first visit to the job completion everything was perfect, picking the units, worktop, flooring, lighting, all the white goods, I couldn’t have asked for more help, the showroom had everything visible to pick and choose, I wasn’t rushed and took my time making all the choices, with great advice on what would work with certain things, and it wasn’t about picking the most expensive it was about picking what I wanted. Glenn kept me informed of what was happening supplying me with a full work schedule (which was absolutely spot on with the timings). Majority of the work was carried out and overseen by Scott, who answered any questions I had, although there weren’t many. The finish is exceptional and of a high standard, the work was completed on time and on budget, not that I’ll ever need another kitchen but if I need I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Exceptional Service across all areas of Kitchen Project
Working with KitchenSMART has been an absolute pleasure. We used them to install a brand new kitchen and utility as part of an extension on the house project. We visited numerous kitchen companies, but following a meeting with Dan the project manager, we were sold on KitchenSMART. Not only were the kitchen units a superior quality to anything else we’d seen, we were convinced that the fitting process would be managed seamlessly by Dan, which was important to us as we didn’t want to have to deal with any issues. Throughout the process, communication was excellent - right from the planning/designing through to delivery, fitting/completion. KitchenSMART have always had a can do attitude and worked with us to deliver our dream kitchen (on time) based on our vision and their expertise. The fitting of the Kitchen was always a crucial part of the project and again this was taken care of completely. Whether it was double checking measurements, ordering extra bits or liaising with our builders the project was managed brilliantly. Steve the kitchen fitter was also first class. The level of finish is extremely high and he is clearly skilled at his job and very hard working. Again he was great at communicating with us, Dan and our other tradespeople and we are delighted with our finished kitchen. All in all the experience was outstanding, hence this glowing review. I recently had a beautiful new kitchen installed by KitchenSMART. I am so delighted with it as my kitchen now looks exactly as I always dreamt it would. Kitchen renovation from scratch
We had been looking to renovate kitchen in our house that we just bought. We visited various kitchen designers and shops including KitchenSmart. And we finally decided to go with KitchenSmart. We met Glenn in KitchenSmart. Glenn is courteous and knew his job very well. In the very first conversation Glenn told us that, as we are building kitchen from scratch, we will be changing our mind a lot in kitchen design, choice of colours , material etc etc and no need to rush things and there will still be plenty of chances to change as we progress. I think this struck a chord with us as we knew nothing about the construction, design, material etc. This filled us with more confidence and we decided to go with Glenn. And indeed we changed our mind quite a bit during the process. Glenn is very flexible and listens patiently to its clients requirements. He then gives his own opinion that what might not look good or what might not be practical. We simply handed our house keys to him and he managed the entire project. We just used to visit our house on weekends to see the progress. Our requirements and Glenn's practical experience was perfect blend for us. At this point I would like to mention fitter Steve as well as he did the very good job and created a mirror copy of the computer designed kitchen. I cannot comment on kitchen longevity but it feels solid and I hope it remains like that for many coming years. My wife and I are very pleased with the kitchen.

Kitchen design and fit
We are very pleased we chose KitchenSmart to design and manage our new kitchen installation. From the beginning Glenn was a pleasure to deal with, making the seemingly never-ending choices and decisions involved an enjoyable and painless process. He was knowledgeable and patient when guiding us through the design process and completely unfazed by having to start from scratch a couple of times (our fault, not his!). Once the design was agreed upon, he project managed the installation, setting an agreed installation date and coordinating the order from Schüller in Germany with the availability of the fitting team. With the onsite team led by Scot, work both started and was completed on time, despite the team having to work through one of the worst cold snaps in recent memory and the imminent arrival of Christmas! The work included plumbing, rewiring, plastering, floor tiling and kitchen fitting, all of which were done to a very high standard and we are extremely happy with our new kitchen. Kitchen Re-design
We chose KitchenSMART to provide a complete re-design, supply and installation of our kitchen, having carefully assessed a number of companies for their quality, value and creativity. This project involved the replacement of the entire kitchen including all new units, worktops, lights and appliances as well as improving plumbing and gas layouts. From the start we only had to liaise with with a single Designer/Project Manager, Glenn who coordinated a timetable of works that included getting all materials ,delivered in a timely manner and ensuring that the required personnel were onsite at the specified time. As it happened every target was hit and the workmen were skilled, polite and cleaned up their work areas before leaving. Going without a working kitchen is clearly a somewhat stressful situation, however this can be limited to an expected level of inconvenience if things go to the planned schedule as our project did. Suffice it to say, we are delighted with the quality, value and creativity that was delivered and would strongly recommend Glenn and KitchenSMART.

New utility room – excellent!
We have been so delighted with Kitchen Smart’s transformation of a problematic little room off the kitchen into an attractive and very useful utility room, that we will definitely be using them again for our main kitchen refit. The main reasons we were impressed are: 1. Excellent planning and guidance from Dan Lambert right from the start. There were several things to take into account when planning new floor and wall cupboards (to enable continued access to a relocated boiler, a length of flue at ceiling height, underfloor heating manifolds and pipework below worktop height) but Dan did an amazing job with his precise measurements in designing how everything we’d hoped could be fitted in, and ensuring it was all compliant with regulations. 2. Clear pricing and good communication throughout. We had done the rounds of quotes from other kitchen suppliers like Howdens etc beforehand, and felt that although Kitchen Smart was slightly more expensive, it was well worth it for higher quality Schuller units and bespoke curved worktop, and the peace of mind that all stages will be co-ordinated by the same company. 3. All stages were completed like clockwork, according to the timetable provided in advance – the removal of old units, removal of tiles, replastering and electrical work as required, and the final fitting of new units. Everyone involved completed their aspect of the refit to a high standard, and made sure every tiny detail was as good as it possibly could be.

Fantastic New Kitchen
Following extensive research for our new kitchen project we finally found Glenn at KitchenSmart in Milton Keynes and everything then came together very quickly. We were in the early stages of our new open plan kitchen dining extension and we already had the design fairly planned out in our minds. After sitting with Glenn he fully understood what we wanted to achieve and we were presented in just a couple of days with some fantastic drawings / layout pictures and quotes. Our budget and options were taken into account and ideas provided to us in order to get the most out of what we wanted to achieve. We were provided with very detailed information with regards to the units / worktops / appliances that were available to us. Our new kitchen is now complete and we are absolutely blown away by the end result. The attention to detail continually provided by Glenn throughout the whole project was faultless. He took into account so many details that we had not even thought of or considered. We were constantly kept up-to-date by email and phone calls so we always knew exactly how everything was progressing from start to finish. The quality of the kitchen units together with the expert fitting is of a very high standard. Everyone at KitchenSmart were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable with nothing being too much trouble. A fantastic product provided and fitted by a fantastic team. Kitchen and utility renewal
As a long term Which member we were delighted to find that KitchenSmart was a Trusted Trader and after they visited and gave guidance, assistance and budget costs were happy to proceed with an order to completely renew our kitchen with new floors, ceilings, units, worktops, plumbing, electricity and fittings. Throughout KItchenSmart and their excellent project manager, Glenn, were open, transparent and available to make a success of the project. We were given a clear and detailed quotation and programme of works which was kept to despite some inevitable problems of building works. These were overcome rapidly and without delay in full consultation with us. Work was completed to programme and the quality of workmanship and materials is first class. We are particularly impressed with the design solutions offered by Glenn, the Schuller kitchen units (a special thank you to Scott) and the "Corian" worktops and cladding. It is notable that visuals produced during the design stage are practically identical with final photographs. Apart from an agreed variation to the "Corian" the final account was exactly as the quotation. KitchenSmart really lived up to their name and we now have a superb product that will last for many years.

Kitchensmart kitchen refit
Can’t recommend Kitchensmart highly enough, from start to finish the process and end result was brilliant and pain free! Glenn was great and had loads of great ideas to help us, we even changed our mind about the kitchen colour at the last minute and this was no problem. He also checked in numerous times during the install to make sure everything was on track which we really appreciated. The schedule they created was spot on and worked like clockwork which we were really impressed with. The old kitchen rip out, new kitchen install including new flooring, electricals (plus ceiling lights) was done in less than 2 weeks. The kitchen fitter Scott was also great, worked super fast, on time with good communication and clearly took pride in his work. Glenn was able to work with us to our budget and able to make various changes to make sure we got what we wanted at the right price for us. Overall quality of kitchen and appliances is great and we love our new kitchen so big thank you to the team at Kitchensmart!

Excellent and professional throughout
From the moment we walked into the Kitchen Smart showroom and talked with Dan, we knew we had found our kitchen. Dan was amazing to work with, incredibly patient. As our build project progressed other ideas evolved so we made several changes and he always worked with us and adapted the design without issue. The installation by Mark and Steve, plus electrical work by Adam was again so professional and done with such precision and attention to detail, not easy when dealing with undulating floors and walls! Same with the quartz fitters. As for the kitchen - it is everything we wanted and more! The impressive build quality is evident in all the drawers and cupboards and the matt paint finish, flawless. Anyone wanting a new kitchen and looking for creative design, quality cabinetry and a top notch professional service from start to finish then head to Kitchen Smart - you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent from start to finish
We had our kitchen refitted. We got different quotes from various suppliers. All quotes were very broadly in the same range ie not multiple thousands different. The very broad design suggestions were generally similar. BUT from the very first meeting with Glenn from Kitchen Smart we had a different ‘feeling’/‘impression’. We felt we were being heard. We got useful suggestions- not sales pitches. We changed appliances that needed changing but kept those that didn’t. We made it clear that we wanted everything project managed and that is what we got. We got detailed timetables and budgets. Both were as specified. The tradespeople used by KitchenSmart had very clearly been vetted and approved by them. All were totally professional and a pleasure to have in our home. But they were always project managed too. We are delighted with our new units, work tops , glass splash backs - the lot. This is an A1 review. My wife and I have both been self employed. We know about standards. I don’t always write reviews this positive but in this case it is totally justified.

How lucky are we to have found Kitchensmart! Dan patiently took us through the planning and design stage - helping us with our decision making but never making us feel pressured. Very pleased with our new kitchen
Initially, we were looking to update our kitchen with new doors and worktops but this quickly became a completely new kitchen. Glenn, our designer at Kitchen Smart, was excellent. The basic layout of our old kitchen worked well for us but Glenn came up with some good design ideas that made the new kitchen look different. There was a wait to get the units from Germany and some appliances we had chosen were no longer available, but Glenn kept us informed along the way. The fitter did a good job and always left the kitchen clean at the end of the day, as did the other contractors. Unfortunately, we weren’t so happy with the length of time it took to complete the work. The basic kitchen was fitted in a couple of weeks but it took another 3 months for the splashback, cover plugs and replacement plinths to be fitted as apparently, Kitchen Smart had no fitters available. (This drawn-out process is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 for customer service). Nevertheless, we are very pleased with our new kitchen – it looks good and it works well.

The kitchen needed replacing after forty years. Kitchensmart is a very local company that has done various jobs in the neighbourhood. The product is excellent and exactly what I wanted. After a couple of consultations and visits to the house, I was presented with a detailed schedule and budget. The work was carried out efficiently and tidily with minimum disruption or mess. The workers consulted me at every stage and were friendly and polite. Any deviation from the schedule was communicated to me and all rubbish removed promptly from the site. The quality of each tradesman's work is superb. This has been a brilliant experience and stress free. I highly recommend this company and cannot thank them enough for my fabulous kitchen.

We wanted to update our kitchen and David was very kind and accommodating. Subsequently, we realised that changing the entire kitchen was a better option. David was exceptionally helpful with his ideas and was happy to meet with us after work. He gave us as much time as needed to decide on design and types of appliances. We thoroughly appreciated his recommendations and insight. He has a lovely professional team who work hard and are very capable. The kitchen installation was done beautifully and on time. Even when delivery of appliances were delayed due to the pandemic, David and his time were always there to support us. Great service throughout, from working with Dan on the design, to the superb installation team of Mark, Steve & Eamonn, the plasterer Matt, and tiler Gordon. Looked at the ‘big’ suppliers, but not happy with the installation side, having to cost in large items after paying for the main kitchen. In the end KS were probably no more expensive than other suppliers, but without the never ending ‘con’ sales. We knew what the whole job inc electrics tiling etc. was going to cost right from the start, and importantly exactly who would be installing it. The whole process was managed to the last detail, for example on the morning our old kitchen was taken out, the massive pile of waste was removed within the hour! The kitchen looks great, remarkably close to the original design images. Would 100% recommend Kitchensmart.

A Kitchen Makeover
We used Kitchensmart to replace the door fronts and drawers in our rather tired, pine kitchen. Staff in the show room were helpful and friendly and followed up promptly with a visit to the house. The new doors etc arrived on time and an installer came in and did the work in half a day. The new doors and drawer fronts have transformed the kitchen, making it look bright and modern, without the major expense and disruption of ripping out the old units. The price was very reasonable compared to a larger company we explored.

I have just had a new kitchen fitted by Kitchen Smart. I had no idea what I wanted when I started this project and it was a big challenge for me as I had never done anything like this before. I whole heartily recommend KitchenSmart if you are thinking of having your Kitchen replaced. My budget wasn’t particularly big and my kitchen is quite small and all previous consultations I had with large national kitchen providers left me feeling a little ‘underwhelmed’ and I didn’t think I was getting much value for money. I was initially apprehensive approaching KitchenSmart as I thought they might be too ‘high end’ for my little kitchen, but David and his team were very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. David took time to listen to what I wanted and worked really hard to adhere to my budget, working through options, making suggestions and alternative solutions where necessary. I was always kept in the loop and felt fully informed throughout the process. The Kitchen Fitters were very polite and their craftmanship was excellent and they were all really tidy and friendly. I was also provided with a schedule of works in advance so I knew what was happening each day and everything ran like clockwork. I am now a proud owner of a high-quality kitchen with lovely new appliances. My Dream Kitchen – Just what I wanted
Quality of work was very good, all the fitters were very professional, in fact the whole Team were. They were punctual and left it tidy each night. The Kitchen was left in a state, so that I could use it, which was very helpful. We engaged Kitchensmart after a personal recommendation, as well as looking at their website. From start to finish, the whole transformation was carried out with such clockwork precision. From the initial consultation with David, us visiting the local showroom, selecting the units, worktops and appliances, a home survey visit from David, then the start of the work, was all so effortless on our part. Absolutely everything was organised by Kitchensmart. We must praise ALL the tradesmen that played a part in our kitchen namely: Mark, Steve and Eammon – taking old kitchen out, building new kitchen, completing all electrical, gas and plumbing work. Matt – the plasterer Paul, Dan & Tom – Flooring Tiler – Gordon Chris - Refuse collection All of the tradesmen were professional and carried out the works efficiently, were always on time and very importantly, always left the site in a clean and tidy state. The whole experience of replacing our kitchen seemed a bit daunting at the beginning, however, the complete transformation was carried out in the scheduled time of two weeks, which is exceptional and with very little disturbance to our daily life. We would definitely recommend KitchenSmart if anyone requires a job to be carried out with such efficiency and professionalism and at the end, have a beautiful kitchen which you can enjoy for years to come. Fabulous end product
We got various traders to give us a quote and KitchenSmart were very competitive and they came across as the most professional of all. The service from the start was excellent from the measuring up and the choices offered. The showroom was superb as well and helped us to make our final choice. The fitter Mark was very courteous and helpful and always let us know what was being done each day. The most impressive for me though apart from the fantastic end result was that they said the work would be completed in 7 working days according to their program and that is exactly what they did. The aftercare and follow-up service was excellent too. All in all a fantastic experience that was painless for the customer and the new kitchen is absolutely perfect and exactly what we asked for.

I provided brief details about what I required and was given an estimated cost, this enabled me to decide whether to proceed. This was followed up by a visit to confirm my requirements. I was given helpful advice to enable me to finalise my decision. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and received a detailed plan of the order of works. All of the tradespeople that worked on the refurbishment carried out the work as planned. They were all friendly, polite and the work was finished to a high standard. In particular Steve the kitchen fitter did a great job. Although this was a refurb I am delighted that my kitchen now looks new. From patiently explaining my options, revising layouts as the final design evolved to clearing up every last spec of dust when the work was completed I could not have asked for a better experience. We are really pleased with our kitchen makeover. Within 2 weeks it was transformed from a traditional shaker style to a sleek glossy one. The whole KitchenSMART team were a pleasure to do business with and professional throughout. Initially we were looking to replace the old worktop with a quartz one and replace the worn cream shaker doors with new cream shaker doors. David was very patient helping us with this but also suggested that as we had had our old kitchen for 17 years we might like to end up with something different instead. He opened our eyes to the options available and as a result we have ended up with a completely transformed kitchen. Mark & Steve who fitted the kitchen units were great. They turned up on time, worked hard, did a quality job and made sure we were involved in any decisions that needed to be taken. They did encounter a couple of minor problems, but they came up with solutions which we were more than happy to agree. Before they left each day they made sure to tidy up. Barbara in the showroom was helpful and she kept us informed throughout the project. The contractors who David engaged to template and fit the worktops also did a great job and we are extremely pleased with the results. Once the makeover was completed, we decided we wanted the addition of glass splash-backs. David managed this on our behalf and again we are thrilled with the results. I cannot fault Kitchensmart who have gone that extra mile to ensure all work to fit a new kitchen was completed during some difficult months which included a lockdown. From my first meeting in July 2020, I was confident that the advice and suggestions given to me were the most appropriate for me. I was kept informed throughout the entire process from the initial planning to the fitting of the final appliance with nothing rushed; ample time was given at all consultations. This was not my first choice due to supply issues linked to the pandemic but Kitchensmart bent over backwards to ensure that a suitable alternative was found as soon as possible. Once all the kitchen and appliances were on order I was given a schedule detailing who to expect each day from kitchen fitters, decorators, and flooring contractors and so all work was completed on time and as expected. Even the rubbish was removed at regular intervals so I did not have a pile of rubbish sitting in the front garden for days on end. I have had a couple of minor queries since the kitchen was fitted but both have been resolved swiftly. I would award Kitchensmart top marks for their part in each stage of the process from the first enquiry to the point at which the new kitchen was fitted and operational.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and cannot recommend KitchenSMART highly enough. David was brilliant to work with and was patient, supportive and knowledgeable throughout the design process. At no point did we feel pressured but David made sure he understood our goals and gently guided us towards achieving them. The friendly fitters, Mark and Steve, were professional, prompt and diligent, and they worked hard to get everything just right. There were occasional glitches, as you'd expect with any job of this size and complexity, but the entire KitchenSMART team were incredibly responsive and on top of things straight away. Throughout the fitting process, Barbara in the office kept us fully updated and was brilliant in helping us make decisions on those all important finishing touches. There may be cheaper kitchens out there but I'm certain the job would not have been fully and seamlessly project managed as it was with KitchenSMART, and I am sure that it would have meant a big compromise on build quality. Worktop Replacement Makeover
The service provided by everyone we encountered combined friendly approachability with thorough professionalism throughout. Dan provided clear information and excellent advice on options in initial consultations. This included suggesting use of a colour matched laminate in the utility room to complement the Caesarstone in the kitchen - producing a great result at a considerable saving. The coordination of the different stages over an 8 day period and communication with us was excellent. Scheduling and punctuality were absolutely spot on. Mark and Steve who removed the old worktops and fitted the new laminate, sinks and hob were a pleasure to have around and went out of their way to minimise inconvenience and disruption as well as doing a great job. The templater and fitters from Algarve Granite likewise did a great job and communicated very well. There was only one point at which there was a little uncertainly, over whether one of the mixer taps was being reused or replaced. This minor issue was speedily resolved by a new tap being provided at no extra cost to us. The process could not have gone better and I am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend this company.

Dan Lambert our designer/project manager, he was very open and honest from start to finish, there was no push to go with a design that we was unsure of, or a colour scheme which we needed to take time on deciding on. Favourable first impressions with unbiased advice on available choices and there was no pressure to 'buy'. Staff understood our requirements including the re-use of all appliances and DIY painting/decorating. Workplan provided and impressive logistics throughout. Start date, delivery, plasterer, kitchen fitters and floor fitters were on time and one day there were only minutes between one gang leaving and the next arriving! Workforce teams were amiable and compliant with our wishes. The office was readily available by 'phone and email. We are well satisfied with our 'make-over' and although it was only a small job we never given that impression.

My Dream Kitchen
It has taken me some time for me to write this review, as I thought it only fair that I live with my kitchen first, before telling you about KitchenSMART. I had my kitchen fitted back in March 2017 and I had the best experience. I am always a little skeptical about the promises traders people make, but I have to say that the whole process from start to finish was superb. On deciding to use KitchenSMART which took some time, I never felt pressured by the sales team to make decsions. I made many visits to the showroom to ensure that what I wanted in my head was what they could offer me on paper. We had great advice but the team really listened to what our requirements were too. The Kitchen was fitted by Mark and Steve who did a fabulous job, they were both respectful of our home, and clean and tidy at all times, which was such a relief. The precision in times and dates of the kitchen dismantle /assembly were second to none, and everything went like clockwork. I cant commend the service KitchenSMART provided highly enough, it has transformed the way we live hugely.

After visiting various showrooms, we found KitchenSmart and were impressed by the Schuller product and felt immediately that David would be good to work with. We loved his design, as he understood what we wanted, but then spent several sessions refining the details. We were supplied with all new appliances with KitchenSmart itemising and matching internet prices, which was an added bonus. We wanted a turnkey project (fitting, plastering, flooring, decorating etc) so on placing the order, we were given a detailed timetable and knew exactly what to expect. Our fitters, Mark and Steve, and plasterer decorator Matt, were equally fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they are so easy to have in the house. Plus they, like David who dropped by regularly, are total perfectionists. Mark spotted problems before I did and the situation was already being resolved before he even told us. The incredibly beautiful quartz worktop (Blanco Starlight since you ask) was fitted askew by 3mm which we would never have noticed, but the fitters were asked to come back and fit it correctly. The kitchen itself is fabulous quality and we are so pleased. Our 'Concorde wing' breakfast bar (just ask David!) looks especially stunning. Everything fits perfectly and we absolutely love being in the kitchen. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We spent some time looking for a quality local kitchen supplier and decided to use kitchenSMART because we felt that they spent a great deal of time ensuring that they understood every aspect of our requirements and that the service level on offer was superior to their competitors. kitchenSMART provided an excellent service from start to finish. Dan project managed every aspect of the Schuller kitchen installation starting with many visits to our house to ensure that he fully understood our requirements and also to suggest some innovative modern kitchen design features that we took on board. They provided a comprehensive service that included Kitchen design - Kitchen rip out - Alterations to internal walls - Plastering - Electrics - Plumbing taps and sinks - Kitchen installation - Amtico floor laying and timely waste disposal. In addition Dan also supplied all of the high quality kitchen appliances at competitive prices. Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Single and combi-microwave oven, Plate warmer and a fantastic Quooker tap. A detailed work schedule was supplied for the tradesmen outlining when they were to begin their work and when their work would be completed, no gaps in the schedule which made for a smooth installation. It ran like clockwork ensuring that our new kitchen installation ran efficiently at all times and without problem. I must say that all of the tradesmen were friendly,professional and skilled. Transformation and lovely open kitchen
After deciding to change and update our kitchen after 17 years we approached 3 local companies and it came down to 2- Kitchensmart Milton Keynes won with a more modern take on our initial ideas. David's creativity and understanding of what we would benefit from after the complete refit, along with his suggestions and research has given us a workable and open plan kitchen that is a pleasure to socialise in. By taking down a wall we now have a dining area we use much more regularly, and with having so many decisions to make with both a long term living space and financial impact, we were pleased with the advice from Richard and David during visits to their showroom and the visits made to our home. We would highly recommend their design service and project management.

We are delighted with our kitchen. I know we could have found cheaper kitchens elsewhere, but the main difference with KitchenSMART was that David, one of the company directors, acted as project manager. He dealt with us directly from the initial design to 'snagging' post-installation, always accessible by telephone and/or email. Almost all the work was carried out while we were out at work. The workmen cleaned up pretty well after themselves each day, meaning that installation was as pain-free as possible. An impressive and trustworthy company. We would definitely recommend.

A GOOD BUYING EXPERIENCE
Having received a marketing flyer from Kitchensmart we decided to visit the showroom and 'check them out'. We were not disappointed, a warm welcome from Richard who was extremely helpful, informative and enthusiastic. Following a home visit and provisional design, and being very impressed with some of the ideas on offer we agreed to go ahead. Several weeks later we were presented with a final design that fulfilled our requirements totally, exceeding expectations of what we thought possible in a small kitchen. The guys who carried out the installation were brilliant, so efficient, helpful and the quality of work is first class. The end result is terrific and much admired not a cheap kitchen but we think we have good value for our money. This is a small company big on customer service and attention to detail.

A Heavenly Kitchen
My wife and I were recommended KitchenSmart by a neighbour in Milton Keynes, and we were not disappointed. David was full of ideas during the design phase and having the 3d computer simulations helped us visualise the finished article, a gleaming white kitchen which we wanted to look like "heaven". We had some debates about the sizes, shapes and styles of cabinets that would work best and David's experience and attention to detail meant we have been 100% happy with the results. Kitchensmart managed the liaison with our builders and architect and the installation phase was professionally carried out by polite ( and tidy! ) tradesmen. We had some minor warranty issues with appliances, but David even managed these on our behalf. We now have a stunning kitchen which combines the beauty of Italian doors with the quality of German cabinets, for a price that is comparable to a High Street DIY store. We would unreservedly recommend KitchenSmart.

Kitchensmart have done a super job getting our kitchen in on time and ensuring everything was ready for the Xmas period. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was ready for the family invasion. The quality of our German Schuller kitchen including appliances is excellent and has met our high expectations as has the design service and fitting. The fitting teams, including plasterer and flooring team were professional, their workmanship high quality, and they cared about our home. Keep them fuelled up on tea and buns and they work fast and efficiently. We have no hesitation in recommending Kitchensmart when you want a professional kitchen design and fitting service and we would definitely recommend Schuller for a quality, modern kitchen. Thanks!

KitchenSMART did a reasonable job fitting our new kitchen, however I feel they let us down as a company due to there size and customer service. When I tried to get remedials finished it took far too long to send someone out and we had to keep pushing. I feel they need more staff / trades people, to provide a service that reflects their above average prices. For this reason I would not recommend.

The work was well planned, all happened on time and we really couldn't of wished for a better service. Kitchen Makeover – September 2014
I had been considering a Kitchen Makeover for some time. I found KitchenSMART local to my place of work and visited their premises before I invited them to quote for the work. I found a well established and experienced team ready to offer quality products installed by tradesmen with whom a long standing trusted relationship existed. Although I required a makeover with no drastic changes to layout, the first (and subsequent) surveys offered great advice including some suggestions for improvements and I was impressed with the attention before any work actually began. A detailed schedule of work was provided and even though it was necessary to revise and reschedule some aspects along the way, completion was on time. Any work of this nature is disruptive and can be frustrating at times, but any issues that were highlighted were addressed promptly and without question. I would definitely recommend KitchenSMART.

We had a kitchen makeover from KitchenSmart some years ago. The job should have taken 4 days but still wasn't completely finished four weeks later. The fitter let the company down and it took much too much effort to get the job completed. Still have issues with a poorly put in worktop, overall not happy. Would not feel happy to recommend this company.

Thrilled with the end result. Started an extension on my house and got kitchensmart involved early on to help design and plan our dream kitchen. Price was great and inline with the standard DIY superstore prices but the overall quality and attention to detail was second to none and blows the wickes and b & q style kitchens away . The company came to our notice via a personal recommendation and our kitchen was installed in December 2014. We had quotes from well known high street suppliers and whilst this company was not the cheapest we chose them because their planning process was impressively meticulous. The standard of kitchen fitting was high and the project was well co-ordinated throughout with the minor building works that took place. Customer service dealing with very minor snags post installation was excellent. Everyone involved in the project was a pleasure to deal with.
