I cannot fault Kitchensmart who have gone that extra mile to ensure all work to fit a new kitchen was completed during some difficult months which included a lockdown. From my first meeting in July 2020, I was confident that the advice and suggestions given to me were the most appropriate for me. I was kept informed throughout the entire process from the initial planning to the fitting of the final appliance with nothing rushed; ample time was given at all consultations. This was not my first choice due to supply issues linked to the pandemic but Kitchensmart bent over backwards to ensure that a suitable alternative was found as soon as possible. Once all the kitchen and appliances were on order I was given a schedule detailing who to expect each day from kitchen fitters, decorators, and flooring contractors and so all work was completed on time and as expected. Even the rubbish was removed at regular intervals so I did not have a pile of rubbish sitting in the front garden for days on end. I have had a couple of minor queries since the kitchen was fitted but both have been resolved swiftly. I would award Kitchensmart top marks for their part in each stage of the process from the first enquiry to the point at which the new kitchen was fitted and operational.
