How We Work
At KitchenSmart we listen to your requirements, design a kitchen that works for you utilising our experience and expertise. When your design is agreed your designer plans the installation for you, scheduling all the trades required and presenting you with a programme of works so you know the exact time frame of the project and stages throughout the process.
Buying a new kitchen doesn't have to be confusing or difficult. Your designer then manages the project installation with you. Working this way means you have the same point of contact throughout the planning, design and installation process, no information gets missed or miscommunicated to others, thus making the process easier and less stressful for you.
We understand the importance of careful planning and regular communication. You'll know where you're at all the time, there's no guesswork, the kitchen design is pre-agreed and manufactured to our exact specification, meaning no decisions are left to installation and everyone knows the plan.

We also understand that kitchens are personal spaces and not everyone uses a kitchen in the same way. Some of our customers have very particular requirements.

Working in this way means we understand what options to include and what to leave out and where certain items or appliances should be planned. Then we add in our design expertise to produce initial designs that we then discuss and refine together.

Our process ensures our designs are perfect every time because we do not rush this part of the process. We understand buying a kitchen is a sizable investment and for many it's something you've been looking forward to for some time.
With unlimited design changes you can be sure that together we will design your perfect space. We use the best kitchen design software available to produce realistic computer-generated images that allow you to see your kitchen as it will be once installed.
Not only does our software produce realistic images but also allows you to walk around the room and see the kitchen and space from different angles.
If the space is multi-functional then we take our service that one step further at no additional cost to help you. We explore and understand how best the room could work, positioning tables, chairs, sofas, and furniture into the room to plan the overall function of the room - thus ensuring you get the best layout design for the space.
Step 3
Placing your custom with us is a smart move. Included in your price (if you opt in for installation of your kitchen) is a project managed installation service. You don't get this type of service from the large nationals or online services, yet our kitchen quotations are still comparable in price. Add to that the quality of the product we supply and the value you receive is unmatched.
